DOWNLOAD the contract in English or Spanish. READ AND SIGN the contract and RETURN IT ON THE FIRST DAY OF IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION OR DROP IT IN THE RED DROP BOX IN THE FRONT OF SCHOOL
