• Your child MUST be 5 years old by September 1, 2013, for Kindergarten
• If your child’s birth date is from September 2 to December 2, 2013, they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK)
• Legal Birth Certificate Required
• Evidence of Immunization (yellow immunization book) and Well Health Care Exam (CHDP)
• Oral Health Exam (oral health exam will be available at registration during the morning 0nly)
• Proof of Residence (Copy of PG&E bill or rent receipt)

Teachers, nurse, and other staff will be available.

Pick up a registration packet in the school office and schedule an appointment.

To complete the registration process, Arena Registration will take place in August for all children. You will receive information in the mail.
